VinGrip was founded in 2018. The company develops horizontal wind turbines in the 5-15 kW size range for production and marketing in Norway, with plans for later export. VinGrip's wind turbines can be installed in arctic areas thanks to the company's unique surface treatment technology. Additionally, they use a large generator that can brake the turbine under extreme wind conditions. These features make VinGrip unique in the market. VinGrip's goal during the program is to make a development sprint.

To achieve a development sprint, VinGrip needs expertise in sales and marketing, as well as supply chain management. In addition, VinGrip is looking for input on financial management and a roadmap for the further development of the company.
