Versiro offers tailor-made real-time power trading strategies for renewable energy producers. To achieve the green transition, polluting and flexible power sources such as coal and gas must be replaced with renewable sources such as solar and wind which have uncertain production. This is good for the environment, but creates challenges for the power system that requires that there is always the same amount of production and consumption in the grid. 

Versiro helps power producers avoid imbalances and offer flexibility in the market. This creates a win-win situation where renewable energy becomes more competitive and the energy mix can have a larger share of variable renewable production. Versiro was spun out of NTNU and the product is based on research from the founders.
